Returns Policy

At EcoPest, customer satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing our customers with a positive shopping experience. This Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions governing refunds, returns, replacements, and related matters for purchases made directly through EcoPest.
By purchasing products from EcoPest, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Refund Policy.
90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
EcoPest offers a ninety (90) day satisfaction guarantee on eligible products purchased directly from our website. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within ninety (90) days following the date your order is delivered, as confirmed by the applicable carrier's delivery records.
To initiate a refund request, customers must contact EcoPest at returns@ecopest-supply.com and provide sufficient information to identify the order, including, but not limited to, the order number, purchaser's name, and proof of purchase.
Refund requests submitted more than ninety (90) days after the documented delivery date may be denied at EcoPest's sole discretion.
Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund under this policy, the following conditions must be satisfied:
- The product must have been purchased directly from EcoPest through our website or other authorized direct sales channels.
- The refund request must be received by EcoPest within ninety (90) days of the order delivery date.
- The customer must provide satisfactory proof of purchase upon request.
- The customer must comply with any additional reasonable instructions provided by EcoPest in connection with processing the refund request.
Products purchased through third-party retailers, distributors, online marketplaces, or other resellers are not eligible for refunds under this policy and remain subject exclusively to the return and refund policies of the applicable marketplace or seller.
EcoPest reserves the right to deny any refund request that, in its sole and exclusive judgment, does not comply with the terms of this Refund Policy.
Returns of Unused Products and Order Errors
In circumstances where a customer wishes to return a product that is unused, unopened, or otherwise not wanted due to reasons unrelated to product quality or performance—including, without limitation, accidental orders, duplicate orders, ordering the incorrect product, or simply changing one's mind—EcoPest may, in its sole discretion, require the customer to return the product prior to the issuance of any refund.
Where a return is required, the customer shall be responsible for ensuring that the product is returned in unused, unopened, and resalable condition, together with all original packaging, components, and accessories, unless otherwise approved by EcoPest.
Customers may elect one of the following return methods:
- The customer may independently arrange and pay for return shipping using a carrier of their choosing; or
- EcoPest may, at its discretion, provide the customer with a prepaid return shipping label, in which case the cost of such return shipping shall be deducted from the customer's refund amount.
EcoPest reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise prior to issuing a refund. Products returned in damaged, used, altered, incomplete, or otherwise non-resalable condition may be subject to a reduced refund or may be deemed ineligible for refund altogether.
Refund Processing
Upon receipt and review of a refund request, EcoPest will notify the customer by email regarding the status of the request.
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise required by law. Customers should allow a reasonable period of time for financial institutions and payment processors to complete the transaction.
EcoPest shall not be responsible for delays attributable to banks, credit card issuers, payment processors, or other third parties involved in the refund process.
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, gift wrapping fees, and other ancillary charges are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Customers who receive products that are damaged during transit, defective, or materially different from what was ordered should notify EcoPest as soon as reasonably practicable by emailing returns@ecopest-supply.com.
EcoPest may request photographs, descriptions, lot numbers, or other information reasonably necessary to investigate and verify the reported issue. Failure to provide requested information may result in delays or denial of the claim.
Following review, EcoPest may, in its sole discretion, elect to provide a replacement product, issue a refund, provide store credit, or offer another appropriate remedy.
Multiple Orders and Satisfaction Guarantee Limitations
EcoPest's satisfaction guarantee is intended to allow customers to evaluate our products with confidence and is not intended to facilitate excessive, repetitive, or abusive refund requests.
Accordingly, if a customer places multiple orders for the same or substantially similar products, EcoPest reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit refunds to a single order, a single product, or a reasonable quantity of products per customer, household, shipping address, billing address, payment method, or account.
Refunds relating to subsequent or multiple orders may be denied, reduced, or otherwise limited at EcoPest's sole discretion.
Abuse, Fraud, and Misuse
EcoPest reserves the right to refuse service, deny refunds, cancel orders, or suspend future purchasing privileges where EcoPest reasonably believes that a customer has engaged in refund abuse, fraudulent activity, misuse of the satisfaction guarantee, chargeback abuse, or any conduct inconsistent with the intended purpose of this Refund Policy.
Examples of such conduct may include, without limitation, excessive refund requests, repeated claims involving multiple orders, return of substantially used products in circumstances inconsistent with normal product testing, or any attempt to obtain products without payment.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund except where required by applicable law:
- Gift cards;
- Products designated as final sale or non-returnable;
- Products purchased through third-party retailers, distributors, or online marketplaces;
- Shipping and handling charges;
- Expedited shipping fees and other optional service charges.
Policy Changes
EcoPest reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall become effective immediately upon posting on our website. The version of the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase shall govern that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
